We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. To make the site work, it saves two small items in your browser's local storage, on your own device:

Your cart, so items stay in it if you close the page;
Your age and research-use confirmation, so the verification prompt is not shown on every visit.

This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

3. How we use information

to confirm, fulfil and ship your order;
to respond to your questions and requests, including Certificate of Analysis requests;
to verify eligibility and prevent fraud or misuse of our products;
to keep business, tax and accounting records and to meet legal obligations.

We do not send marketing emails unless you ask to receive them.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where needed to run our business:

Shipping carriers, which receive your name and address to deliver your order;
Payment providers, which process the payment method you choose under their own privacy policies;
Service providers that host our website and email;
Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

5. Third-party services

Like most websites, ours relies on outside services that may process basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when you visit:

Website hosting (Cloudflare), which may log requests for security and performance;
Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces used on this site;
Email (Google Gmail), which receives the messages you send us.

These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, which is usually 7 years. General correspondence is deleted when it is no longer needed.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website and access-protected email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Our website and products are intended only for adults aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
