These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase from Nexus Peptides, a business based in the State of Michigan ("Nexus Peptides", "we", "us" or "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Research use only. Every product we sell is intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research. Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements, have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and are not for human or veterinary use of any kind.
1. Research use only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes by qualified professionals. They must not be used for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion or any other in-vivo use, or for any diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic or household purpose. We do not provide dosing, usage or medical guidance, and nothing on this website should be read as such.
2. Eligibility
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are at least 21 years of age;
- you are purchasing for legitimate laboratory research purposes, and have the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely;
- you will comply with all federal, state and local laws that apply to the purchase, possession, use and disposal of our products.
We may ask for information to verify any of the above, and may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot.
3. Orders
Selecting "Send order request" in the cart sends us an order request by email. It is not a binding order until we reply to confirm availability, the total and payment details. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect the products are intended for a use other than laboratory research. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one confirmed in our reply to your order request. Payment instructions are provided by email when we confirm your order. Accepted payment methods are listed in your order confirmation and may include Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay and major credit and debit cards. Orders ship once payment has been received.
5. Shipping and returns
Shipping, delivery, damaged-order and refund terms are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- use, or allow anyone else to use, our products on humans or animals;
- resell, relabel or repackage our products for human or animal use, or represent them as drugs, supplements or cosmetics;
- provide false information when placing an order;
- use this website for any unlawful purpose.
Once delivered, you are solely responsible for the safe storage, handling, use and disposal of our products in line with good laboratory practice.
7. Product information and COAs
We try to keep product descriptions, images and specifications accurate, but we do not guarantee that they are free of errors. Product photos are illustrative and packaging may vary. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are issued by an independent laboratory for a specific batch, and reflect that batch on the date of testing. Information on this website is provided for research reference only.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and this website are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We make no warranty that our products are suitable for any particular research application.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Peptides and its owners, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, illness or loss arising from the use or misuse of our products, including any use contrary to these Terms. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexus Peptides and its owners, employees and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including the Nexus Peptides name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
